This is so healthy and satisfying you can eat it for any meal.
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Sprinkle of Sea Salt
- 1-2 Slices Sprouted Bread
- 1 Organic Egg
- 1/2 Avocado (or butter or goat cheese)
Directions:
- Toast 1 piece of sprouted bread
- Place sliced avocado on top. You can also use a pat of butter or goat cheese is delicious.
- Top with poached egg, or fried egg.
- Top egg with chopped tomato or leftover roasted veggies, asparagus works well.
- Drizzle with olive oil and salt if desired.
